Going to college was never an option for me… I had was always wanted to go to college, for at least for an Associate’s and a Bachelor’s degree. Now that I have three degrees from two different universities, and I am ready to go back and get one or two more. There is just something about continued education that I can’t get enough of. I have an Associate’s degree from Marian College (now Marian University) and an Associate’s and a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. I am not sure where I want to go next… only time will tell.
Speaking of colleges, a new list of the top 10 colleges in the United States has come out. The list of schools includes some movers and shakers, and features some pretty well known Ivy League schools. This year’s list includes:
- Williams
- Princeton
- United States Military Academy
- Amherst College
- Stanford University
- Harvard University
- Haverford College
- University of Chicago
- MIT
- United States Air Force Academy
Purdue isn’t on that list… currently ranked #56. That’s not bad, in my opinion. Granted, its no Ivy League school… no Yale. But hey, I am proud of my education, and I can’t wait to go back. I belong in the classroom.
