“Super8 & Tab are undergoing what is perhaps one of the biggest evolutions of their career.” – Dancing Astronaut

“A sublime offering… This album is a sonic beast unleashed… Easily one of the most anticipated albums this year.” – The Trance Project

“Janne Mansnerus and Miika Eloranta have road tested and tweaked their productions down to perfection.” – The Nocturnal Times

Handpicked this month by dance music bible Billboard as part of their 2018 Electronic Music Album watchlist, and No. 2 on Finland’s overall iTunes chart just hours after release, Super8 & Tab’s hotly anticipated long player Reformation: Part 1 finally drops worldwide today on Armada Music.

While fans around the world have had to wait until today to get their hands on the duo’s third studio album release, the build up to Reformation over the past 12 months has seen Miika Eloranta and Janne Mansnerus scorch an incendiary trail of massive anthems that have dominated charts and radio airwaves. One after the other, tracks like “Cosmo,” “Falling Into You,” Beatport Np. 1 hit “Mega” and last month’s single “True Love” have signalled fresh intent from the Finnish duo, and cemented their growing status as legends within the global trance arena. Their latest single “Seconds Away” already looks set to continue their run of success, premiering last week on Armin’s ASOT radio broadcast and online with electronic bible Dancing Astronaut.

After their huge set at Tranceformations in Poland earlier in February, Mansnerus spoke about how hard it had been to keep the track under wraps until only a week before Reformation: Part 1 dropped. “We first played ‘Seconds Away’ live at ASOT 800 in Utrecht back in February 2017,” he said. “Ever since it’s been hard to keep this track as an ID but finally now we can release it. We wanted to create something a bit different and had this baseline idea but it was Sarah deCourcy’s vocals that really took this track to a totally new level. She’s an amazing talented artist!”

With more new music set to drop from Reformation: Part 2 across the next couple of months, it’s safe to say 2018 is becoming an absolute monster of a year for Super8 & Tab.
