I LOVE Sriracha. I put it on everything. From pizza and burger to pork chops and baked potatoes, I just love the stuff. It is like ketchup with a kick! The stuff is really cheap, too. A bottle will last me a few weeks depending on how often I eat at home. It’s hot, don’t get me wrong… But it’s just the right amount of hot. They even have recipes out there written with Sriracha in mind. Oh, and Epic Meal Time recently recorded this.
Deep Fried Sriracha Balls
Those sound SO good! This might come as a surprise, but UV is about to release a Sriracha flavored vodka. Before you say anything, just think about how good a Bloody Mary with this vodka would be. Or just as a shot. This would make a great food vodka and I can see some of those Sriracha recipes using this along the way.

Berry Sriracha
3 parts UV Sriracha Vodka
1 part raspberry schnapps
1 part cranberry juice
Server over ice in a highball glass.
Sriracha Chelada
1.5 oz UV Sriracha Vodka
12 oz light beer
2 oz tomato juice
.5 oz lime juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Serve in a sat-rimmed pint glass.
Srirachaberry Margarita
1 part UV Sriracha Vodka
1 splash agave nectar
1 handful strawberries
Blend with ice and pour into sugar-rimmed margarita glass.
