Evolve is the brand new quarterly mix compilation series from one of dance music’s finest treasures, Darren Emerson. Darren has cherry picked out some of the best techno and house releases from his Detone Music label, along with exclusive new tracks, all lovingly weaved together by the man himself, in that potent Emerson signature style we all love. These rising talents are peppered alongside a collection of some of Darren’s own stellar productions like “Bub” and “Creepin” (with Sian), and also features two brand new exclusive cuts; “Stop It” and “Scratcher.” Darren has compiled a showcase of some of the best talent Detone has to offer with sublime cuts from John Tejada, Sian, Saytek and Sinisa Tamamovic.

Darren’s 3D offshoot with Danny Howells and Dave Seaman (a concept born out of a gig together at Ministry of Sound), continues to set dance floors on fire around the globe.

In 2012, at a time when the industry was only concerned with big names, Darren launched his talent platform Detone in a bid to discover and nurture the next generation of techno artists . Since its inception, the label has established itself as one of the top underground hubs for hearing innovative talent such as John Tejada, Sian and Saytek and and it has become a prime platform for his own musical output.
