California producer Max Styler links up with Australian indie rock band The Griswolds on the feel good track “Light Me Up.” Through picturesque production, Styler formulates a vivacious piano house/indie pop fusion, highlighting The Griswolds’ compelling vocal melodies.

As Styler prepares to release his next EP, he continues to drop infectious house music. “Light Me Up” follows Styler’s summer smash “Feel It,” which peaked at No. 24 on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay Chart and racked spins coming from core-dance affiliates such as iHeartRadio’s Evolution channel and SiriusXM’s BPM. The single has also been championed by a variety of veteran artists such as Hardwell, Afrojack, Morgan Page, and Oliver Heldens. Alongside his vibrant output, Styler hit the road this year with Steve Aoki, performing at select dates on Aoki’s Kolony North American Tour and the Dim Mak Neighborhood festivals in Brooklyn and Chicago. The two also linked up at Coachella 2018 to perform their collaboration “Shakalaka” alongside Deorro and MAKJ.

Collaborating with Max Styler on “Light Me Up” is Sydney-based indie rock band, The Griswolds. “Light Me Up” marks their second release on Dim Mak, following recent Prince Fox collaboration “Time Alone.” The Griswolds are perhaps best known for track, “Beware The Dog,” off their debut album Be Impressive. The song has since racked up over 23 million on demand streams and was chosen as the 4th Best Alternative Rock Single of 2014 by Billboard. This year the group released their full-length album, Year After Year, a collection of acoustic offerings.
